OUR REPLACEMENT / REFUND POLICY

If the product you received from us has manufacturing defect(s), you are eligible for a replacement or a refund. You can request a replacement or a refund by submitting a request form we’ve provided at the bottom of the page. It’s important to note that proof of defect needs to be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product. OUR RETURN POLICY – NO RETURN

As an environmental conscious company, our goal is to reduce as many carbon footprints as we could. This includes steering clear from the possession of a warehouse and mass produced stock. Because of that, we do not have a location that allows us to store returned products. Therefore we cannot accept any returns.

However, if the product has manufacturing error(s), you can request a refund or a replacement. To request a refund or a replacement, please click here.

NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT ISSUED IF:

You’re experiencing delivery delay because the purchase was made after our Christmas cutoff date (the 1st of December).

The item arrives after your special day but still within delivery time.

The product never arrived due to incorrect address input.

You’ve purchased product(s) in the wrong color or size.

You’ve purchased the wrong product(s) by mistake.

The buyer read the description incorrectly.

The purchase is made by mistake.

The buyer has a change of mind.

Item has bad odor.*

* Faint odor is a natural occurence in fabric printing industry. Typically, the odor will disappear after the first wash.

REQUEST FORM FOR REPLACEMENT / REFUND

If the item you’ve received is defective or damaged, please submit the request form within 7 days of receiving the product. The information you provide us through this form will help speed up the investigation process and get the issue resolved faster for you. Please note that we handle this on a case by case basis. A refund or replacement is not always guaranteed.

Your order number can be found in the original emails we’ve sent you after your purchase.

Media Upload

Please take clear photos of the defect or damage. It’s also very helpful to us if you could provide multiple photos (ie. different angles or close ups). The total size for the whole upload is 14MB, therefore you’re free to upload as many photos as the total size allows. In some cases, we may reach out to you and request more photos or an additional video if the media you’ve uploaded is unclear or contains insufficient evidence of the defect or damage.
